Shuffle setting for playlists

Why is there no shuffle setting in WP8 music app? I use the NOKIA app to play my music for that reason.

Play something - then look to the right of the album art and you'll see three icons that are grey. The one in the middle with the two arrows intersecting...that's shuffle.

This works for albums but what about Playlists? I cannot find a shuffle setting on Nokia 920? help anyone?
