Shuffling Cloud Playlists - Doesn't Shuffle Well

Is it me or is shuffling songs in a cloud playlist horrid on Windows Phone 8.1 and the new XBOX Music App? It seems to get stuck on 2-3 artists and then sometimes jumps to another one and then back to those original 2-3 again. It is crazy...

Shuffling my entire cloud collection doesn't seem to have this problem.
