Signing in on Windows Central app for W10?

I downloaded the Windows Central app for Windows 10 (Mobile) and I can't find where to sign in. Edge is not letting me sign in on my W10M flashed phone. Help?

Hamburger Menu (top left) - Sign In ?

I don't have the option to do that at all


Even in settings, I see sign in to do x but I have nothing to click on to actually sign in.

There's an invisible entry just below "Settings" in the hamburger menu. Click on it then select "Log out", you will see "Login" again.
