- 1. In Windows Store, the Camera app shows the DNG feature and says Lumia 830, 930, Icon, 1520, 640, 640XL, 950 and 950XL.
- 2. 640XL has a registry value DNGDisabled, it can be altered by a registry editor and it works (it's a hack, so I'm not responsible for any damage) according to some users from the topic. Search for Save lossless raw image format (DNG) on 640XL Windows Central in Google.
- 3. The FAQ page "What is the DNG format in Lumia Camera in my Lumia?" says that the topic is valed for Nokia Lumia Icon,Nokia Lumia 1520,Nokia Lumia 830,Microsoft Lumia 640.
Lumia 1520 originally didn't have the DNG functionality, which was enabled after Amber update. I tried the latest Windows 10 build in 640XL (10586.107), but no DNG option was present, so I guess a firmware update could unlock this?
What do you think? Sorry my english.
