Silly Question - How do I log out of Windows Central App?

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the silly question, how do I log out off the Windows Central WP8.1 app?

I need to log out and log back in for an error I made and cant find the 'logout' button?

Reinstall the app

Open the app, hit the "...", tap settings, and then content. There you will see an option to logout of mobile nations, clear cache and all of those things.
