Sim contacts sync problem

I bought recently an ativ s and i created a new microsoft account to use with phone.I imported my sim contacts to my account through phone but they didn't sync with my account so when i log in through my laptop i can't see them at all.Some other contacts i added manually to phone did sync.Any ideas?

Was the formatting any different on the ones that did not sync?
