Sim is not detected when my windows 8.1 was updated to windows 10.

Sim is not detected when my windows 8.1 was updated to windows 10,Even my setting is not opening so that i can make any changes,please help fast.

I am also experiencing the same problem in lumia 520 after updating to windows 10. I inserted my sim in another phone and it was working fine but in my phone it is not working
