Sim Settings have been updated

I woke up this morning to this message, I clicked restart later and went straight to my sim menu and found the LTE setting there. I took a screen shot then restarted, now the setting is gone. Why is my setting gone... I am one of the unfortunate few that have an ATT 950 btw.

I am with Rogers in Canada, And I got that too. but since I was on insider fast ring redstone, I need to roll back to 10586, I lost that.
Which OS build you are on right now?
