SIM2 showing SIM1 contacts as Unknown

Hi Folks,

I bought a new Lumia 535 for my friend.
I am using 640 xl and i love it.
But my friend is facing an issue There is a contact which is synced in Outlook in SIM1 if the same contact calls to second sim it is showing as unknown contact.

Can anyone please give suggestion how to fix this.

If nothing works then we will try to reset the phone.

Try copying/moving all the contacts from both of your SIMs, then try will it work.
