Sims Freeplay Crashing!!

Just wondering if anyone could help me with this.... I have a Lumia 920 and have been playing Sims Freeplay. The game just crashed on me in the middle of playing. Now when I start the game, I get the Sims Freeplay logo that it shows when it is loading, and then it closes and goes back to home screen. I have rebooted the phone several times but it keeps doing the same thing. Does anyone know of a way to uninstall Sims Freeplay and then reinstall it without losing all my progress? I am really far in the game and also just completed the Christmas quests and got the reindeer and everything... would really hate to lose all my progress and have to start over!! Any ideas?

I have this exact same problem! It just started happening with no apparent reason or cause. Anyone find a fix for this??? Please update!!

I too am having crashing issues. It begins loading the title screen and then exits to the Windows Phone start screen. This just started yesterday (4/3/2014).
