I'm really feeling the power go to my head! Lol, just kidding. Actually I find it pretty interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes. It is nice to be able to contribute a bit extra to making this the best WP forum around.

I use to be a moderator over at TreoCentral and you can run in to some real jerks. You have to keep a level head, have a thick skin and not take somethings personal.

I can see how it would be a headache sometimes. I'm sure as this site grows we will experience more posters that are difficult to deal with. Success does have its price sometimes.

Talking about jerks, when I was at the grocery store yesterday, after a guy made his purchase, he grabbed like 500 plastic shopping bags as he was going out. The cashier politely said, sir you can't take that many bags. He then exploded on the cashier about who he was, and she was an idiot...etc... You could tell she was about to cry. I came so close to telling the guy to STFU. If he would have said I more thing, I would have.

Then he goes and hops in his $40,000 A6 Audi. What a jerk. I wish I would have said something now.

some times u just ask a some one to play nice , then they get mad insult us and open threads saying we are unfair .. and we dont give infractions to *fanboys*

I am glad you new guys accepted the challenge. Its a thankless job at times. We are the best mod team. <Thats a period right there! I want all you guys to know I reviewed each of you and that you were selected for your unique skills and contributions to these forums. We are in a good place right now set to grow I know we will be the biggies well balanced community in Windows Phone. We have about one more week before this place explodes. This was the right time to get some fresh eyes in here. This way you have a little time to get comfortable.

There will be jerks at times I want you guys to remember we don't have to immediately react to every one of them the community will take care of it for the most part. We just need to keep the conversation balanced. That dick the other day that palandri had to deal with is the exception in that case we have to stop the bleeding. The right thing was done.

You new guys keep in mind that this job becomes an obsession pace yourselves. If you feel you are getting burned out take a break came back in 5 minutes...lol JK Seriously if you need a few days away or you are going on a vacation take the time away from the forum. Just let me know what you are doing.

Also over the next few days I will be revamping the forum a little this is necessary to make room for the new devices that are coming. I am going to be reducing the first generation devices to sub forums if I can figure out how it is done I will be reconfiguring the layout a little. I also want to make all the individual forum icons and sub forum icons look like tiles. This has become a tedious task for me so if anyone has any photo shop skills wants to volunteer to teach me I have already purchased the software.
