Need help touch doesnt work

my on a lumia 920 (wp noobie) and recently upgrade to win 10 and i got an update and the touch doesnt work i need help right now! anyone?

Does it not respond to a touch at all? Have you tried restarting the phone? You can press and hold the Volume Down button + Screen lock button until the phone resets. See if your touchscreen works after that.
