Since upgrading to Windows 10, horizontal rectangle show up randomly on screen. What could it be?

Windows Central Question

Since upgrading to Windows 10, horizontal rectangle show up randomly on screen

I get all these small horizontal rectangles that have an arrow at each end and horizontal lines in the middle. Sometime I only have 1 or to but like right now there are 5 on the screen and random places. Any ideas.
