Skype app update error

Last night, I had 4 app updates available on my phone. This morning when I checked, all had been installed successfully except for the Skype update. The downloads and updates page of the store has red text below the app title that says "Error, see details." Every time I tap that message to hopefully see an error code or some explanation of what happened, the download of 19.0 MB starts over. I tried a long press to see if that would give me any more information, but that does nothing.

Is anyone else having issues with this latest Skype update, or does anyone know how I can actually see the details of the install error?

That's happening with some core apps now, it's the old usual random iussue about store moving file in servers, it resolves by itself by usual. The detail is "I need to install app on your hard disk, not sd card. I'll ignore your settings this time".
If yours restart, it means you don't have a sd card, or you set new apps installed on phone by default in settings

I do have an SD card. Changing the location where new apps are installed didn't make a difference, but I was able to install the newest Skype update after uninstalling the app.
