Skype dialer button

When will the Skype button on dialer be activated? Its still grey.

You'll have to install Skype first, after that if you call a contact that also happens to have a Skype contact the Skype icon becomes activated

Ok thank you, I have paid Skype account so ill give it a try.

Does both party have to have a paid account. For example has a standard account but mine is paid . I called for phone and Skype on the dialer is still grey.

The dialer will only lit up for contacts that are linked to your Skype account

Oh ok thank you I got it working, my wife's account was not linked.
