Skype during Quiet Hours?

Is there a way to set up Skype or other messaging apps to be allowed to let the Inner Circle in during Quiet Hours?

I was just looking for the same thing, if the contact has a Skype account linked to it it should let them through but doesn't, I hope it can be fixed with just a Skype update

Yeah, I've commented this somewhere, Microsoft really missed out this part I guess.

As most of our messages come from facebook, Whatsapp, Skype, which just do not understand quite hours well enough.
