Hello. I currently use an AT&T Lumia 640 LTE and I am wondering does it cost money to make calls on Skype?

we use Skype all the time on 920, 1520, 640xl and our PC with windows 10 preview build 10532 and never has cost us a dime AT&T is our provider

Sweet. Because I was thinking about using Skype like a cellphone provider since I have Wi-Fi at home and at work.

To make and receive calls costs $5/month. (USA, don't know about other countries). No voicemail allowed with windows phone.
