Skype login

I upgraded to 8.1 and subsequently the Skype app. When launching it, it asks for my login details, urging me to use the same Microsoft account I used to setup my phone. This is, my usual Skype account - which I setup before my Microsoft account - is not the same as my MS account.

Which should I use?

nah, you will not loose you contact, the only thing you have enter your login and password everytime you lunch skype if you sign out.
