Skype login

Why cant i login to Skype.....all that happen is that few minutes loading process takes place but no login.....

Are you using Skype on Windows Phone? If so, which device and which OS are you running?

Or are you using desktop Skype on PC or the Skype app for Windows 8?

Are you logging in with a Microsoft account or a separate Skype account?

I'm using on my windows phone Lumia 520.... And accessing from hotmail account
