Skype or Live Messenger?

Since the newer Windows Phones have a front facing cam,
can we Skype or Windows Live Messenger with it yet?

We use Live Messenger a lot, it would be great to video chat with it..

There is a Skype Beta app that is going official this month. WLM is built into the phone in the "Messaging" hub.
