Skype, WhatsApp, Viber Problem after WP 8.1 DEV Preview

Anyone with a quick response on why Skype won't sign in properly? I had to reset my phone. When I downloaded Skype again, it will "log in" and pretend I am logged in, while I am not. I am hoping it isn't because of the DEV update. I really need Skype on my phone ASAP. I need a trick to be able to log in on Skype properly and be able to use my account.

downloaded viber not working in my phone

My only issue is WhatsApp not allowing me to send voice notes...everything else works fine.
Using a Lumia 1020 preview for developers installed....
Only other thing I did was changed my product code and reflashed....installed all the apps over...WhatsApp was working...until the last update....only voice notes doesn't work...im on FW 3051.50009.1424.0001
It was suggested to do a "soft reset"...power + Vol Up/Down...
