Slack beta for windows 10 mobile issues

Is there anyone using the slack beta app for windows 10 mobile?

I have 2 issues:

Once I open a thread and look through messages, it still shows that thread highlighted as if I haven't read it

Second is I can't send a message - the send button just does nothing

I realise it depends on your internet connection. If you're on a slow internet connection as I am at times, you have to wait a while and the button will turn blue and allow you to send the message.

you could be right. I remember the first time I tried using it on 2G, it just wouldn't load - I even complained to the developers - this time I was using 3G but it seems even that is not enough

Still not working, checked for updates and soft reset but no change

maybe I'll reinstall it
