I've noticed that I don't get much restful, deep sleep according to the tracker. Here's mine for the past few days:

Day 1: 23 min. Resting HR: 51
Day 2: 7 min. Resting HR: 43
Day 3: 0 min. Resting HR: 49
Day 4: 14 min. Resting HR: 41
Day 5: 0 min. Resting HR: 40

Without really understanding how "restful' sleep is measured, I'm not sure this is a problem. However, I certainly notice I am more tired on days when I don't have restful sleep. I've been to a sleep specialist in the past for daytime sleepiness. No apnea. I'm also very fit. So, I'm curious what other people are seeing and whether anyone has any insights into how this is measured and whether there are 'actionable' insights from these data.

Thanks!

The actionable insights are what we are waiting for. Hopefully they come sooner rather than later. For now though, the "actionable insights" are going to be my girlfriend badgering me to sleep instead of staying up all night playing assassins creed.

To be more proactive, what other commonalities have you observed between your behavior and your sleep? Do you have a habit for getting ready for sleep? When is the latest at night you eat? Do you exercise at night? Best bet is to just take a few notes and talk to a doc, just like you mentioned.
