sliding problem

Hello, I am having a problem that my Lumia 720 sliding by it self, every time I unlock my phone and I cannot use my phone properly.

I tried hard reset and software reset, but still the same.
Is this some software issue or technical problem?

Either there is moisture on the screen or the digitiser is faulty
