Slow computer

Hello everyone,

About two months ago I updated my PC from Windows 7 64-bit to Windows 10 32-bit and I noticed that sometimes the computer is slow, especially when surfing the web. It happened in Edge and Firefox, too. Does it have to do anything with... say Flash, or something like that ?
One thing that may be important is that I have an old graphics card, Nvidia GT 220, from 4-5 years ago. The PC was working ok in Windows 7, but after I upgraded to Windows 10 it looks like something is slowing it down.
Can someone give an idea of what's going on ?
Thank you in advance.

Could be the graphics card drivers affecting the browsing experience.
Older cards and even more so out of date drivers will cause slowdowns in how browsers render within the newer HTML5 standard.

Thank you. I was wondering what might be, since the rest of the components are much better: 250 GB Samsung EVO 850 SSD, 8GB DDR3 Ram and 8-core AMD FX-8320E processor. Anyway, I'll try this weekend to reinstall Windows 10 Anniversary Update, fresh install, and see if the problem persists. It may the time for a graphics card update.
