Small dint on side. Possibly even melted

Hi all.

Just noticed a small (but big enough for me to notice) dint on the side of my phone. Looking closer it may have even melted. I've no idea where this came from or how it happened but it's bugging me so much I need to sort it out.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a replacement shell (in the UK)?
Has anyone else had any dints like issues and how did you sort it out?

just live with it, you can probably contact Nokia about it but I'd imagine it'll cost you a lot to fix
