SMS disappear randomly

I suffer a serious bug with lumia 1020 GDR3.

The sms disappear randomly and there is no way to find it back. But the case is very complicated.

Describe as below:

Day 1: i get some sms
Day 2: all the sms from day 1 disappear, i get some new sms
Day 3: all the sms from day 1 just come back but the sms from day 2 disappear.

I check the time setting, it is auto. and there is no way i can find back, the problem happens with all of my contact who sent me sms in 03 day.

Any one know how to deal with this ?

Try the soft reset by holding down volume + power button till the phone vibrates
