sms from desk top

Hi new to windows 8 and to this forum.
I am looking for an app that I can use to send sms from my computer desktop to my phone like the android my phone explorer.
I am an English speaker but live in Germany and it is just simpler for me to send sms?s from my desk top where it is just easy to check for mistakes

Funny thing 2 minutes after my last reply I saw a commercial on TV how well all the windows devices work so well together and you share the same experience.

Die Tastatur und Rechtschreibpr?fung l?sst sich doch ganz einfach und schnell bei WP umstellen?!
