SMS messages issue - windows 10

Hi there !

I own Lumia 640 LTE, for about more than a year now.
I have updated version to latest windows 10.
Recently i noticed, that if someone or i also did a test myself, sends me message, i don't hear any sound and see no
incoming message on desktop (main screen), but i can see that message in messages directory.
So, like there's no norification at all, when i recieve it, but there it is.
I have checked all settings, all notifications are enabled, i have reset phone.
Everything works fine, incoming calls and all, but not messages.
Anyone have any idea, if this is somehow connected with latest windows update (anniversary) ?

Check background task for messaging is not turn off.

Yes, that works now, but strange thing was, that, by default it was already on and didn't work at first, but then i switch off and on again and now it works.
