Snap, crackle, pop.

Anyone else noticed that sometimes there are snap, crackle and pops in songs now? It reminds me of old vinyl records. Doesn't matter if playing though built in speakers, headphones, or Bluetooth. It's purely random.

I've tried moving my music from the micro SD card to the internal storage, same. I've verified the files play fine on other devices.

No. I listen daily on my desktop, Surface, phone, and three Zune players -even simultaneously, without any of the problems you report. I listen directly, with quality ear/headphones, or Bluetooth speakers. Good luck to each of you.

OK, more info.

For me, I found that the snap, crackle, pop is coming from the left channel of the output. Also, when I got a text message, and had Cortana announce it's arrival, I said to ignore. After that, the snap, crackle, and pop went away.
