Hello everyone, I just thought that I would share with you an experience that I've just had with snapchat support, I would also like to hear from you guys, and see if any one else out there has gone through this. So first off I have been a big fan of 6snap as well as 6tag, I use 6tag on a regular basis and once Windows Central announced that snapchat would start banning peoples accounts I was quick to log out and not use 6snap. Yesterday I finally decided hey let me log into snapchat to see what would happen, as my family members usually communicate and share memories through snapchat. After I logged in I was viewing some old snapchats and I though hey this is cool but I might get in trouble with the snapchat "police". Well what do you know that same day I recieved an email from Team Snapchat Support saying that I need to stop using third party apps, This was my first warning. I soon logged out of snapchat and I though that I would be fine. Well I was wrong, after a quick email to the snapchat "police" I had explained my situation and that I was using a windows phone and I asked them what they suggested I do to keep using snapchat. I think this using the word "Windows Phone" upset the snapchat "police" because this morning I recieved another email from Team Snapchat Support saying that my account was banned and that if I wanted to continue using snapchat I will have to create a new account. Realizing my mistake I started to become annoyed with this snapchat "police" and I decided to send a more strongly worded email, this time asking what EXACTLY should I be doing to continue using snapchat and if they are going to start helping out the Windows Phone community. I'm still waiting for a response. Has this happened to any of you, If so please share your story I would really like to know I'm not the only one trying to fend off the snapchat "police."
