Windows Central Question

Think this forum is great, but can't tell, has W10M been released to locked 640s?

Not the official version but the W10 insider preview runs nicely on my unlocked AT&T 640. Just got the latest build today and not one problem.

Does the new build give an option for square people hub pictures Nd full screen caller id as opposed to the ugly circle id?

I'm not upgrading from 8.1 until I get the option of the full screen caller id photos.

If they don't give that option I'll just ride 8.1 until it's no longer usable then go back to apple and buy an iPhone again.

Dang shame because I like my windows phone 8.1 an awful lot.
