Mine doesn't. I'm not a heavy phone user but it's easy to get more than a day without charging, and it charges fast!

Its as if all the OP's doubters are surprised that someone was able to purchase a Note 4 and are unable to understand that the OP's issues are not at all that crazy. Have those of you doubting the OP ever owned an Android phone for an extended period of time and kept it stock throughout? What many of you don't get is how if you stray from Google's stock apps and start using Touchwiz or HTC apps how very quickly the Android experience turns sour due to a lack of programing expertise at some of these OEMS.

• Phone tone issue - absolutely believable - ahem Touchwiz
• Photos for contacts - absolutely true and an issue on just about all Android phones unless you and the majority of your contacts are on Google Plus as Google hasn't supported Facebook syncing for years now
• Contact linking - absolutely true and this has been a sour point on Android phones since DAY 0
• Email client sync issue - again believable - ahem Touchwiz app is used to sync non-google emails and even the stock Google email app has always been a poor experience if you didn't use the Gmail only mail app
• Battery life issues - sure why not, who are we to judge??
