Of course it also sounds like it would have to be made by NASA and not Microsoft.
The Lumia 1030 is rumored to sport a 50MP rear shooter, the first smartphone to feature such camera. Its camera sensor will be manufactured by Toshiba, and expected to carry an improved PureView camera technology, but with only a short pulse LED flash instead of a XENON flash.
Other leaked specs of the Lumia 1030 include a 5-inch screen that will support a display resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels and it will be powered by quad-core processor. The handset will be supported by a 2 GB of RAM and runs on Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
In other reports, It is said to offer a 32GB and 64Gb variant and expandable memory of up to 128GB via microsd.
its not all about the megapixels. ill take a 20mp camera over a 40pm camera if it took better pics.
sensor size and lenses make the biggest impact
A better camera would make it a must have for me... With a closer focusing distance please
I don't care about SD cards if all of the other features are available. If it has a 41MP or better Pureview sensor, Xenon flash, an SD card slot, at least 32GB onboard storage, at least a 1080p screen @5 inches or more, Glance, Qi wireless charging, and Gorilla Glass 4, then yes... I'll be buying it!
Bah... who am I kidding, if it's the real 1020 successor with at least an upgraded camera from the 1020, I'll buy it anyway... no matter what the rest of the specs are!
