Software not working after reinstalling windows 8.1

HI!

I am using uniPoint QMS software in my store . I recently reinstalled the pc. I am running windows 8.1. The software is not opening now. I tried running it by changing the compatibility mode. It still doest work. Can I get some help with this?
 
Firstly you have to update your store and then re download it from update store , Surely it will work

Gaurav, i guess you are confused with the software. I was talking about uniPoint QMS software and it is not available on windows store. I do not think it is some issue with my store.
