I have an AT&T brand Lumia 520. I received a software update earlier today that moved me up to 8.01****** and was informed the update would allow my phone to be updated to full 8.1 afterwards. So I made the update and it went perfectly. Then, I wanted to go ahead and get 8.1, but my phone said I didn't have enough space. Since my phone has been giving me issues, I decided to reset with Nokia Software Recovery Tool (as advised on Nokia's website) and then start fresh with 8.1 . Well, that being said, now NSRT is stuck, it's saying to connect my phone, but my phone is already connected (my computer is recognizing it). I thought about cancelling and restarting, but the software said I might damage my phone so I'm a bit timid to do it.
Advice?
(also, if it matters, my phone has a burgundy screen with the word NOKIA along the top in big letters.)
