Software recovery tool not working!!
I was trying to roll back to wp8.1 from build 10149 and was using windows phone software recovery tool. It downloaded 1.5GB and was showing ' verifying downloaded files ' and then it restarted the download ( from 0% ).
Earlier, the same thing happened when i used the lumia software recovery tool. Now my phone is just showing the spinning gears and is unable to start. Help me!!
