Software to transfer the data from Windows mobile to Android

As all we know Windows mobile 10 support will end on Dec 10, 2019
Could you please suggest a program to transfer all info from Windows 10 mobile to Android?
I think that at least MS must provide to us a free tool to transfer all the information...
