software upgrade for uk?

when are we getting this?

I got annoyed with the hassle of android and certain phones not getting upgrades to over a year after it came out.
Apple at least when they had a software upgrade made it available for all.
Nokia/Microsoft dont really have an excuse they only have 2 phones on the market, so get it made available over here.

I was fortunate enough to have my handset replaced by Nokia and the replacement came with Portico so it is definitely out there ready to be released.

I have an EE variant (the P4U "sim free" jobby), Portico for these appeared rather late on the Nokia servers.

Also waiting in the UK, really hoping it's soon. Signs of Italy and Germany seeing the update is good - hopefully it'll arrive in the rest of the UK soon. I need that Wifi always on

Well, it's not perfect, but it's certainly better than the mess that is Android for updates. It looks like the update will come soon from the fact other regions are getting it now. I just wish there was an official word on this from Nokia. As it is I hit "check for updates" once a day and cross my fingers.
