Solar Charger charging specifications

Hello,

I'm looking to buy a solar charger for the 1020 but I'm not sure what specifications I should be looking for
to charge the phone fully and fast. I'm not sure what the specs are for the charger that came with the phone
as I cant read anything on the charger plug.

Does anyone know what the 1020 charger is rated at so I can look for something similar in a solar charger.
