Some Cortana questions

Hi guys, I have a few questions about Cortana :

-Can I just talk to the phone instead of writing, in any field where it is possible to write? Or the only place where it's possible to actually "speak" is inside cortana by keeping the lens button pressed?

For example, it would be veeeery useful to be able to just tell the name of a street address inside maps , instead of writing it down.

-Can I give consecutive instructions to Cortana in some hidden way ? an example would be "open pictures" and when it's inside , "open favourites" .

Currently, you can't dictate to the phone in most places. That's different in some areas, like Messaging, but otherwise no.
In Windows 10 though, you'll be able to dictate to the phone into most any text box.

I don't think you can give multiple commands in one go, but I haven't tried.
