some one please help me get an activation code for htc titan running on 7.5

If you are signing in on that device with your MS account and you set up a valid phone number or secondary email address then you should get an activation code sent there. If you did not do that, there is not much you can do. I had a similar experience and I had to resurrect my old deleted email account to get the activation code. After that I configured my MS account correctly with a secondary phone number and email address I can access.

Is this during setup?

Is it asking for a 6 part code?

Do the screens look like this?



We see this from time to time. Reason is too many setups and the activation gets "used up" and must be refreshed. Check this Help Page.
