Post in Insider forum. Confirm you got the 0003 build, not the 0001. Are you sure you doesn't got the new design Store?

Funny I just checked and I'm guessing it automatically updated within the last day it took about 3 or 4 days to get this new store tho

How is that possible, isn't your SIM card the thing that's responsible for your bill? Especially if you're on a prepaid no-contract plan (like me).

I received the new store with the Production build on my 950 XL. Unfortunately can't prove it as I just decided to go ahead and move to the Fast ring...phone is currently updating.
