Can i add songs in 'Music + Videos' , without using Zune , I mean manually by a app or smth ?

unfortunately no, you can do that in WP8 though

If you have subscribed to Xbox Music Pass you can snag the songs on the phone. However if you're just wanting to use songs that you own and on your PC you have to use Zune.

Is there an issue that you're having with Zune?
