I am trying to register my Nokia 1520 to get the free $20 voucher and I can't... The following message appear after outing all my IME info.

I bought my phone three weeks ago and is registered with Nokia and Microsoft on the day of purchase. Does anyone know what is going on?
 
I had that problem due to facebook auto-signing me in. Try a different browser (or a completely new browser if possible. Also, try incognito mode.
 
Nope, tried in different platforms and browsers and still the same issue. My phone was brand new sealed, so I don't understand what is going on. I am trying to contact Nokia Care.
 
yes, contact Nokia care. they want picture proof of purchase, as well as, your personal info, so have those ready to email them.
