Sound not working

I can't make or receive calls on my phone because the sound will not come out, I have to turn it on and of multiple times before it will work, and then it will stop again.. it is the same for apps, music, system sounds. But the headphones work fine.

Anyone else having this problem?

yes but if you use backup when you start your phone up again it will ask you to use a backup although you will have to put your tiles back to the way you had them.

Your Problem is the headphone jack. If it's broken your lumia will think that there's a headset connected which blocks the speakers.
Had the Problem myself and brought my 925 to the shop i bought it. They sent it to nokia immediatly. Got it back after 2 weeks!!
