SP2 Insider Builds?

I'm only asking this here because my "Post a topic" button is grayed out in every other category. But is the Surface Pro 2 incapable of receiving insider builds? No matter what ring I set it to it doesn't seem to want to pull anything down. I'm running W10Pro version 1607

I don't see why it would not be capable. Have you updated to the latest version of Windows 10 itself and then tried to join the program? Sometimes, after you join the program and set a ring (e.g. Fast ring), it can take several days before you get a new build. It doesn't happen instantly.
