SP3 docking station usb and audio port not working

Hi
I'm having problem with my docking station for SP3, when docked I can charged with it normally but the usb and audio ports does not seem to work.
I don't know about the other ports because I have not used them yet. Any advice? Do I need to install additional drivers for the docking staion?
