SP4 - Stuck on the Welcome page
My new Surface Pro 4 has been stuck on the Welcome screen (where I enter my PIN) for two days now. I can't reboot, or Esc, or access Task Manager... It happened once before (about a week ago) but after a while (half hour or so) it rebooted, and worked perfectly. I assumed it had been installing Win 10 updates. But it happened again yesterday morning, and nothing I do can budge it past the Welcome screen. I've tried holding the On button down to force a reboot, but it just kicks back in where it left off, at the Welcome screen, with the timer thingy revolving endlessly.
Is this a known problem? I like the machine, but I'm sick of that bloody Welcome screen. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
