I currently use SPB News and SPB Time. SPB has to be commended for creating finger-friendly and and beautiful UI's when most WinMo software even today are still using basic forms controls and require a stylus. Some comments on SPB News:

- Please add podcast support! Right now, I'm still keeping around Newsbreak just to handle podcasts. I know I can download podcasts manually by tapping on the link, but it would be nice to just tap one button and pull all new podcasts down.
- Please add an option to turn off momentum scrolling. Flick scrolling is a bit too sensitive for me, so I end up using the D-pad to navigate.

As for SPB Time:
- Yeah, touch support would be nice.

Anyways, these are just minor quibbles. Again, thank you SPB for making such productive and easy to use products! :)

In the past I've use SPB Time and SPB Pocket Plus on my HTC Wizard but due the memory limitations programs never ran quite right. My wizard died so I purchased a used AT&T tilt (using it on T-Mobile) and reloaded my programs. This time due to this post I thought I would try SPB Mobile Shell all I can say is WOW! It totally changes the interface to a pleasant user UI, much better than the Touchflo 2D I was using. The one thing I would like to see that the touchflo had is in the weather app. Is it possible to display the current temp. instead of just the high & low for the day.

I agree that SPB Time is desperately in need of an update. That, and tighter integration with SPB Mobile Shell (so you hit the clock on the main screen and it goes to SPB Time), similar to the integration with SPB Phone Suite and SPB Weather.

I'd like to see more options in SPB Weather. I came from Weather Panel, so I could tweak the heck out of it. I think I'd like to be able to choose what information is provided on the home screen. Specifically, instead of high/low on the home screen, I'd like to see current temp in addition to or instead of high/low.

Other than that - I love all my SPB Products.

I'm a huge fan of Spb and own licenses to multiple products in their range. I've also been quite active on their forums over time. Which leads me neatly onto my biggest gripe: the silence from the dev team on the forums is often astonishing. To leave comments without any official response for (in some cases) years is mind-blowing. It's just such a waste of an amazing resource. They could be in touch with their users so much better and the opportunity has been missed for so long.

The software's great but the approach to communications with the user-base is not.

My 2c.
